On 1/31/12 a group of my collegues and I ate at Rusty’s. Our waitress, Samantha Rainer, provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly and helpful. She was attentive to our requests and needs even though she had many other tables to serve. She made us feel as if we were her only customers at that time.
