Shape Up Sisters Wins Award

Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce names Shape Up Sisters the Small Business of the Quarter.

Shape Up Sisters was an easy choice for the Small Business of the Quarter, Fourth Quarter. This women's workout facility, located on Plaza Drive in Vicksburg, has always been very active in the Chamber.
During the fourth quarter, owner Linda Fondren, knowing that Mississippi ranked at the top of the list for obesity and weight related medical conditions, challenged the community to loose 17,000 pounds.
She and her staff are committed to helping individuals alter their eating and exercise habits for the positive.
Linda's enthusiasm is contagious and her commitment is authentic. For these things, the Board is pleased to recognize Shape Up Sisters as the Small Business of the Quarter for the fourth quarter. Congratulations!
